Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 7-14 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (when available)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TC Merch is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Delays resulting from incorrect customer information

If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

TC Merch is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, TC Merch does not offer international shipping. We may expand to additional countries in the future.
