At TC Merch, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include original tags (if applicable)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing
Exchanges
Need a different size? We gladly offer exchanges for eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
